Share of open roles that are remote, week by week. 220,140 open roles read Nov 2. Scale starts at 0. † From 2 Nov 2026, roles that Ashby job boards mark as hybrid no longer count as remote. That lowered the share by 0.41 points on the day. The other 4,377 company job boards held level, so the step is a counting change, not a hiring change. Office mandates are landing company by company, but the overall share has moved 0.1 points in 6 weeks.
